TASK 9: Powerpoint Autoexecutable

The topic chosen from the curriculum for Bachillerato:  Society

Level: 1º Bachillerato (A2-B1)

TOPIC:
We have looked at our consumer society. We compare our need for goods in developed countries with that of  undeveloped countries. We questioned our constant updating of electrical goods as well as our buying habits when it comes to clothes and food.We completed a task a planned obsolescence and also watched a documentary on this topic.

I would use this auto-executable PowerPoint as a follow-up activity to the work we have done on consumer society.

TASK 8: CREATE A PASS THE PAPER

Level: 1º ESO

Language Content: Using adjectives to describe how you feel

Objectives:

1.      To practise speaking in front of the class.

2.      To use adjectives to describe feelings (previously covered in class)

This is a light-hearted and energetic way to get the students speaking in the class. As it moves at quite a fast pace the students don’t feel so embarrassed to speak in class. It’s a nice way to revise and recap what was covered in class. It definitely gets the students attention so it’s a nice way to start the class.
